Playing in Day 1B of APT Macau Main Event

I'll be playing in Day 1B of the APT Main Event. So yeah, I did make a small cash in one of the side events which means my backers have made a small profit. Thanks to all backers who have shown their faith although they would have been more greatly rewarded if not for the monsterous suckouts. I just hope to play well and solid tomorrow and make Day 2. That's all for now, I need some good sleep. Wish me luck everyone!

So yeah, I haven't been pokering around for the past week. Been spending some time chilling out with my friends, catching up over dinner and drinks, watching movies with my colleagues and get some therapy sessions. It has worked well so far, I booked a nice profit in my sessions on friday and saturday. Pay check has arrived, so I'm feeling good again overall. I'm planning on sticking to this routine in the build up to the Macau trip, just tapering down a little and not being too hard on myself in this upcoming week. Everything is coming along well after the downswing for the past 2 weeks and my game is peaking at the right time now, so let's hope it explodes by the time we reach Macau. Also a shout-out to my mate Gabriel, the man just shipped a 2nd place in the Nightly Hundred Grand for 20k. God bless the people who are gonna get steamrolled by him at the cash games in Macau. There should a nice Singapore presence at the upcoming APT in Macau. The game is really growing by leaps and bounds in Singapore. You see many up and coming players emerging from our country, its only a matter of time before a Singaporean takes a big one down. I think the poker world is also starting to take notice of players from our sunny island. All the media exposure and sponsorship deals happening, I think its gonna open a lot more windows for many of these talented bunch of guys. There's quite a bit of work for me to clear up so I'd better make full use of this long National Day weekend to clear up all these stuff. Here's a Happy National Day to everyone from Singapore.
Running a Hot Fever
The flu bug finally caught up with me, I think I had a temperature of almost 39.0 at the highest point. To make matters worse, prior to the fever I had a downswing of like 8k over the last weekend. So much for running good in life eh? Then strange things started happened, I ran sick hot literally and shipped a tourney each day on Tuesday, Wednesday and today to erase my downswing and get out of the red zone. Also congrats to Jeffery for becoming a Team RedKings pro. I think he owes me big on that one. I'm still running a temperature though, but it didn't turn out so bad after all.
I've been running good on RedKings since depositing at the start of the month, almost doubled up on my deposit. Hopefully I would get it tripled or quadrupled up by the end of July. I'm really looking forward to this year's Macau trip, I've managed to secure cheap accommodation for Gabriel and myself thanks to Singapore's king of poker tourneys, Mr Bryan Huang. Jeffery and Eddie would also be there as well and Kenny's gonna make a short trip down from Hong Kong. Sounds like we have a pretty great cast for a awfully degen time there.
One more thing, I've said it many times and I will say it once more here. Munchu you are the biggest dork on earth if you do not tag along for the Macau trip. Alright the equally sick MrHungry is dropping by my place with some dinner for me. Probably gonna do some gay-ish stuff with him at my place since I'm stuck at home. Some movies or comedies shall do the trick.
